UNiTAB Ltd (UNiTAB) offers Internet betting through unitab.com to persons holding Telebet Accounts. Telebet Accounts can be opened through unitab.com, at your nearest TAB Retail Outlet, or by calling 13 19 39 in Australia or +61 7 3632 6000. By establishing a Telebet Account with us and placing bets through unitab.com on the internet you consent and agree to these terms and conditions.

By placing a bet through unitab.com you warrant and represent to UNiTAB that such activity is lawful under the laws of the jurisdiction in which you are resident.

The terms and conditions provided to you in relation to your Telebet Account and the UNiTAB Rules apply to your use of unitab.com. The following additional terms and conditions apply to your use of unitab.com:

1. You have selected a password to enable you to access unitab.com. Your password is used by UNiTAB to authenticate your use of unitab.com and provides access to your Telebet Account. It is your responsibility to ensure that your password is kept secret. If you disclose or allow persons other than UNiTAB access to your password they will be able to bet against your Telebet Account. UNiTAB accepts no responsibility for bets made by other persons using your password.
2. You are responsible for all transactions entered using your password on unitab.com and charged to your Telebet Account. UNiTAB accepts no responsibility for disputed transactions.
3. You may change your password or suspend access to unitab.com at any time by contacting the unitab.com hotline. If you inadvertently disclose your password to anyone you should immediately contact UNiTAB Telebet and change your password.
4. You have provided UNiTAB with other pieces of personal information (identifiers) which UNiTAB may use to verify your identity. You should ensure that you do not disclose these identifiers to any person other than UNiTAB.
5. You must check your bet selections prior to transmitting them via unitab.com. Once you have transmitted your bet and it is accepted by UNiTAB, the bet cannot be changed or cancelled.
6. UNiTAB's records shall be conclusive evidence of and be deemed to be the true and correct record of all bets placed over unitab.com. UNiTAB will not recognise computer printouts and other records provided by you as evidence of bets placed.
7. UNiTAB does not guarantee to accept all bets placed on unitab.com by you.
8. UNiTAB may at any time change the way unitab.com is operated including the way bets are received and/or accepted. This may be done without notice to you and without specifying a reason.
9. UNiTAB may at any time cease to provide the unitab.com service to you. This may be done without notice to you and without specifying a reason. Without limiting the foregoing if you do not use unitab.com for a period of 15 months, UNiTAB may revoke your access to unitab.com.
10. UNiTAB and its employees, officers, contractors and agents accept no liability for any loss, damage or cost that may be suffered by you, howsoever arising, as a result of your use of, participation in or inability to obtain access to unitab.com (including but not limited to any claim attributable to errors, omissions or other inaccuracies in unitab.com and/or failures in the communications links provided by telecommunications carriers or service providers or between financial institutions and the unitab.com system). You agree to release, indemnify and hold UNiTAB harmless from and against any such loss, damage, or cost. Nothing in this paragraph will exclude, restrict or modify any condition or warranty implied by law where to do so would render this paragraph void.
11. UNiTAB holds all intellectual property rights (including copyright) in the unitab.com software, web site and system. You are not permitted to copy, modify, sell, lend, lease or do any other thing inconsistent with or in derogation of UNiTAB intellectual property rights without the prior written approval of UNiTAB. You will not use unitab.com in an unauthorised way.
12. These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Queensland and you agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Queensland.
13. UNiTAB may at any time vary these terms and conditions of use. Such variation will be effected by updating the terms and conditions as displayed on this web page. No other specific notice will be provided to you. Such revised conditions will take effect immediately upon posting on this web page.
14. While UNiTAB seeks to ensure it delivers all software free from virus infection, UNiTAB accepts no responsibility for any damage caused if your computer becomes infected with a virus as a result from connecting to unitab.com.
15. Users of unitab.com will reasonably ensure that access by minors is prohibited from placing bets either on their own or on any other person's behalf.
16. UNiTAB may assign its rights and obligations under these terms and conditions by giving you notice in accordance with clause 14.
17. If you breach any of these terms and conditions UNiTAB may, without limitation to such other rights and remedies as UNiTAB may have, close your Telebet Account.
18. UNiTAB can exercise its rights at any time within the limits of the law. If we delay in exercising our rights, this does not mean we give up those rights.
